This may include your name, contact details, Unique Student Identifier (USI), demographic information, education and employment history, and training and assessment records. We may also collect information you provide so we can arrange appropriate learner support.

How is your information used?
Your information is used to manage your training, maintain accurate records, issue qualifications and statements of attainment where applicable, and meet national vocational education and training (VET) reporting requirements.

Who may receive your information?
Where required or authorised, information may be shared with government departments, regulatory authorities, the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), funding bodies, and authorised service providers involved in training administration and delivery.
